Jennifer was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Beachplace Association and serves as Chair of the Clubhouse Interiors Committee for the 2025–2026 term. Designed by the late Tim Seibert of Seibert Architects, Beachplace spans 31 acres and includes 365 units (11 buildings) on the Gulf of Mexico on Longboat Key. Jennifer’s roles reflect her long-standing involvement in the community and the trust placed in her design expertise to help guide its vision moving forward.
